Then to now is the trail that can be an inhibitor of flowing determination, old baggage, weight of beliefs passed down. Some cycle carried on, a heavy tradition from a lineage of expectations and obligations that in some manner got instilled in the psyche.

For all that far travel into where we try to be, some steps that came from my own experiences, is what I really want to expose. Acknowledge the scary challenges or roadblocks( energy blocks ) that are standing in the way of your dream. Why not? Why can't you have this?
Dissect every fallacy.
Lies. Illusions. Obstacles.
The rate of how we travel to where we want to be, does not matter. No sprinting or rushed momentum required to reach that place. Ditching the timeline is a huge pressure release. Letting go of holding any standards to any label or stigma that is held for you. Anything, age, skin tone, education, income status, sexual orientation, all of it.
Getting to the nitty gritty, into the thick of it, all stems from a wonderful harmonious flow in the energy centers.
The
Crown
Chakra
Knowledge from the wisdom of all that has been experienced to attest to all truth to form direction. Thoughts and mindfulness, connected consciousness and subconscious.
The port of spiritual connection, of course in the main 7 chakra centers, that only scratches the surface. There are so many more. Yet this is a huge impact for transcendance, immanence, core belief systems, higher power, divinity, union, and of course vision for all sight.
When we are in a blocked energetic state, the importance of the lesson to gain access to the free state is attachment.
This is called the shadow.
Every energy center has one. Taking a in that shadow, gains a level up, as in a game to get to the boss stage. Realizing that in order to get healed and overcoming those challenges makes a stronger sense of self, makes the appreciation for this concept a bit easier.
Developing this sense of awareness is fully understanding ideas and concepts of all knowledge, and knowing fully all the wisdom acquired thus far in life.
The balance and harmony that is gained from a healed and open flow in the crown, strong ability to perceive. Analyze and understanding information, taking all in fully, whatever knowledge that is. Being intelligent and thoughtful, full awareness of self and then of others. Staying open minded and able to question any and all information that may be curious to the mind. Spiritual connection, with self, with source/God/creator, guides, any and all that are in a spirit sense.
Trigger warning....
Clogging up this flow can be from experiences of trauma and abuse that can have information that is important for development of the brain/thoughts.
Education that is a building block for curiosity that is removed/hidden. Religion that has been forced, as for me conservative christianity, many traditions get embedded here. Any invalidation, abolishing any aspect of your true self. Denied.
Again, these are some hard hitters, but from home. So you are not alone in this.
Blind obedience, that had no rights to question or think for yourself in anyway. Brainwash type. Misinformed and infused lies for any information. Spiritual abuse.
Some aftermath caused from this deficiency are physical ailments, like coma traits, migraines, brain tumors, amnesia, all delusions of the mind.
Healing this is crucial, to reform and replenish a new physical and emotional connection, of course including spirit connection. Remade programing of learning and to study. Get a spiritual devotion and commitment in everyday alignment, a regimen.
Meditation.
Psychotherapy, examine all belief systems that develop the inner witnessing for goal setting.
The belief in self, that is power, that molds the confidence in every single word laced with intention. All action is trickled down from this process. Breathing into all senses in the soul, that is based in purpose. Indulge those belief systems that have been reset.
Those 180 degree flipped concepts. Fulfill that younger self that needed to be heard and understood, validated. You show up for you.
Being with self indulgence and care of replenishment in this mental space will be that reality start spot with ambition to drive toward the dream and goal , to go that distance!
Battery recharge is this refill of energy to gain self fulfilment and have all upliftment in any cognitive clarity to see and navigate clearly. Transparently. Building up that momentum to propel forward in a powerful sense.
Building blocks of motivation and inspired affirmative actions that spell out in each vivid detail of the entire concept that you crave. What does that self walk like there in that moment, talk, taste, feel, see, hear? Those final building aspects of that structure/empire.
Adorning and flourishing in those self indulgences, dressing, tasting exquisite flavors, any and all that is setting that soul on fire with passion! That is positive reinforcement, giving to self and then to others will create a welcoming receptive open gaining of all you can possibly have. With gratitude that is what is coming back in full circle in all of those karmic relationships.
Kindness and love, full wholehearted appreciation is the frequency, vibe, and energy of acceptance, to have open and all fulfilment that is giving all rejuvenated replenishment back to you and to others.
Time to clean house!
In yourself!
Declutter any junk, self healing!
Discard and remove any rotten parts, get rid of all that does not serve.
That makes space for the new replenished aspects of self and what is to come.
