Conscious intentional living

Have you ever felt consumed by clutter? You're definitely not alone. At some point we just hold onto memories with mementos. That begin to clutter, in our cabinets, our refrigerators, our closets, even our social media. So, finding Who We Are, where we want to be, making a difference and changing our environment and all that we consume. The objects we carry in our homes, all hold energy. From what we have created, there's so much abundance with surrounding ourselves with what we desire, delicious food, entertainment, exhilarating colors, whatever your environment looks like. There Comes A Time when the past is also living in our current day-to-day life. This is the transition that made the biggest impact in my life, cutting cords with the past, removing any object that no longer served me today and decluttering all the objects in my home, media, any connections with friends and any acquaintances.

Connection is so crucial, plugging into full-hearted, genuine and compassionate aligned people. Those who are like-minded and wholesome. Following the light, is easy. All surrendered loving and freeing, pure acceptance. Transparency in all conversations, fully authentic with truth, caring kindness, followed by joyful Bliss.

Sustainability is also a huge part of this connection, rely on groundedness. Within yourself, as well as others around you. Stability and security with all connections. Well supported, uplifted and free will to make any choices with respect is a safe and sound place to be. Awareness around all Illusions, Delirious thinking and delusional thoughts. Those are where the unaligned choices are.

Integrity is the true mouthpiece, having trustworthy and loyal foundational pieces to the building of this sustainable relationship. Respecting all boundaries and having Mutual understanding, fully communicating openly. Being fair and balanced with having common ground call Mom finding easy compromise and making the team work together.

Now it's time to clean house ,so to speak.

Tune up with friends, family, work acquaintances and see what you give and receive in this connection with communication and actual physical contribution, whether that be supplies or any thing shared between.

Nutritional Foods, cutting out anything superficial, all the drinks with any sugars or synthetics, usually die. Even utensils, like Tupperware, a lot of our cupboards hold things that we collect. As was in my case lack of receiving more , so we reuse the free stuff. There's a trust piece there, this is a healing spot for any abandonment. The more we can clear out oh, we hold space for the new coming in to our lives.

Media clutter, limiting the time of consumption, quiet the noise. Giving yourself more focus on self nutrients and nourishment that fulfill your mind, giving yourself a moment to find what you really enjoy having, indulging all senses. With sound, taste, touch, sight, feeling, with all wholesomeness and connection to your heart this is a huge practice to find your purpose. Having conscious a line Connection in all aspects of life, give a 180-degree mental refurbished and replenished thought then words and then inspired action. Creating regenerated strength, you are, you are being the most intentional version of yourself. Journaling at least an hour a day, even 30 minutes has made the biggest difference in my life.

You are free to express yourself, I encourage you to notice the Clutter of where you are opposite of feeling free, or holding onto any type of fear. Letting go of any worry of the outcome, just releasing and letting go, knowing and trusting in yourself that all is safe and what you do and you can and we'll be free, lighter, be brave!
